Hi there — I’m Katina, the heart behind Sunset Bay Restoration Coaching and the face of Sunset Bay Homestead. 

I am a homesteader, homeschooling mom to three boys, and dog mom to two handsome labs! A few years ago God brought rabbits into my life and they helped guide me to my dream of life coaching through the powerful effect they had on me in my own healing journey. 

I have felt lead to both share my story as well as help others with their story for years, and so I created this space as a peaceful refuge for women who are ready to find healing, peace, and hope after seasons of pain and struggle.

My journey here has been deeply personal. I am a survivor of domestic violence, I had the honor of caring for my father through his terminal illness, and I went from being a single mother to receiving the incredible gift of a wonderfully loving and supportive husband. Through those experiences, I came to understand both the ache of brokenness and the beauty of restoration.

My own healing journey taught me that true peace doesn’t come from our circumstances — it comes from a heart rooted in faith in Jesus. He has been my comforter, my healer, and my guide, and it’s now my passion to help other women experience that same freedom and renewal.

At Sunset Bay Restoration Coaching, I offer one-on-one faith-based life coaching, both in-person and online through Google Meet. Together, we’ll focus on overcoming past trauma, renewing your mind, and learning to thrive in the love of God as your Father.

I also offer something special and close to my heart — the opportunity to spend time with the gentle rabbits from my homestead’s rabbitry. These fluffy companions bring a sense of calm, connection, and joy to your healing journey. In the near future, I’ll also be adding a trauma support group and hands-on homestead projects to nurture restoration in mind, body, and spirit.

Here at Sunset Bay, my prayer is that you’ll find a place to breathe again — a sanctuary where faith grows, hearts heal, and new beginnings bloom.
